Some web pages have sound (audio) and / or video embedded into them.
You should have the most updated software for video viewing on the web.

Usually, you the user, can choose to either
1. click the link which takes you to a page where the recording will begin play, or, you can
2. right click and choose to download the linked file to your desktop.

While the file is loading in, you may see some alternative symbol - like a big Q for example - if you have the Quicktime plugin.

Once the recording begins playing, the file may still be loading. Depending on your connection speed, this may take some time. It could be that patience is all that is required.

Also, if the recording plays faster than your internet connection can download it, the recording may stop / pause during playback. If this is the case, you may be better off either downloading the entire recording and playing it from your desktop or pausing the recording using the controls on the page (the || symbol is pause) and waiting for more information to download.

Connection Speed: To figure out how long the full load time may take, go to:
